Pete Weaver
Pete Weaver is a specialist consultant in high performance in the worlds of both business and sport. He works with individuals, teams and entire organisations.
Pete is an LTA Registered Professional Tennis Coach and has worked with a a range of standards from beginner through to international level. He is also an Executive Coach working with leaders and managers in both the public and private sectors.
With a background in the public sector Pete worked at Corporate Director Level and ran a wide range of customer facing services for a number of years. He has an impressive track record of innovative performance improvement and cost saving and still takes on Project Management work specialising in change management, risk management and partnership working.
Pete is passionate about helping people to realise their full potential he blends a range of traditional management tools and techniques together with cutting edge energy therapies to deliver a unique and fascinating route to performance improvement

Pete has a keen interest in the effect of regulation on small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and during the nineties ran a European funded project to assist businesses with their regulatory burden. The innovative educative approach that resulted eventually formed the basis of the National Strategy for regulation in SMEs in the UK. This pioneering work led to Pete becoming a sought after speaker at International conferences in four Continents

National Working Parties
Pete’s ability to think outside the box has resulted in him being invited to contribute to several National Working Parties
  • The Local Government Leadership National Project – Researching leadership needs in Local Government. Pete also chaired the diagnostics sub group.
  • The Small Firms Intelligence Working Group- Devising a National Strategy for Health and Safety enforcement in SMEs
  • The HSC Communications and Publications Task Force- A strategic review of publications and information provided by the HSE
  • The Occupational road risk – a strategy for road accidents involving people at work
  • DASH Project – A pre-publication review of Government proposals on Directors’ responsibilities and corporate manslaughter.
