Kat Longshore is dedicated to enhancing sport performance and satisfaction by enabling them to access the full potential of their mental capabilities and awareness because she believes that at a certain point the physical always gives way to the mental.
Kat has experience working with teams and individuals in a variety of sports, ranging from tennis to rugby to softball; contexts, ranging from club/grassroots to national/international level; and ages from 11 to 50 years old. She has experience travelling with teams on tour and has had the opportunity to provide support at a World Championships.
Kat is constantly working to improve her knowledge, skills, and client base in the aim of becoming one of the top UK Sport Psychologists.

Kat was born in New York, USA but spent the majority of her life in Philadelphia, PA. She moved to the UK in 2007 to pursue her masters in sport psychology after completing her undergraduate degree in America. She currently resides in Surrey, UK.
Softball has always been a part of Kat’s life as she started playing from an early age and went on to play Division 1 (highest level) College Softball in America. She now plays recreationally and coaches in schools and at the National Academy and tutors new coaches. Since moving to the UK, Rugby has become her second passion, after playing at Brunel. She is an avid fan and takes any opportunity to catch a game.
